      I am absolutely shocked at how poor the customer ********************** is from *** Rosander. He has somehow finagled 90 percent of the funds from the bank but only half our pool is built - incorrectly mind you - no track was installed for automatic pool cover despite the housing being there - so now additional modifications need to be made out of pocket. Hes been off line and ignoring my calls and texts for months. He stated in June our pool was swimmable, but we are not able to get in nor is he letting us know what he has done. I would tell anyone thinking to do business with *** to run away. He is dishonest and lacks integrity in his business decisions. Im beyond frustrated and feel very taken advantage of. Hes taken ~45k from us and not completed the work and is now not communicating with us.

      Been 3 years and our pool isnt finished! Poor construction..Beware!!!!!!!
