      I went in to get them to install a chain on my *** rc390 and four rides later the chain snapped. I took it back to them thing no big deal just replace it with a better chain. They need a chain guard because the broken chain damaged that and it took them over 2 weeks to get the part in. After picking up the bike and taking it home I discovered that it was leaking oil. Because I did not trust their service department, I took it to a *** dealer and have them diagnosis the problem. What they found was a crack in the crank case and ************* around the engine. The mechanic at *** said that it looks like the crack was caused by the chain hitting it when it broke, and the only fix is to replace the motor. Also, he said it looks like they tried to cover up the crack with ************* but didn't use the right consistency and it failed. I mean they tried to cover up their mess up and couldn't even do it right. They picked up the bike from the *** dealer and are evaluating it now. All I am asking for is to give me what the bike is worth because *** said that trying to get a new motor is going take a long time if they can even find one. Hopefully they take responsibility of this mistake because if they don't, I will be filling a civil suit against for the stress this has cost me and other damages which the dollar amount will be extremely higher than the cost of the bike. Personally, I do not want to have to do this.

      Would definitely give less than a 1 if i could. They had a bike listed at **** on their website for the huntsville location, i got approved and went in to buy the bike and when they brought me the paperwork to sign they wanted ***** down and 250 a month for 36 obviously not bad at math realized the numbers didn add up, looked at the breakdown and realized the false advertising scammers are trying to take me for a cleaning with charging over ****** for the bike when i brought it up the genaral manager said you really didn expect it for that price did you. I definitely dont plan to spend **** more than asking price. Would highly recommend buying from someone thats honest and not trying to pull one over on you. Definitely a crooked dealership
