      We are grateful for the quick and thorough response regarding our recent claim. I would absolutely purchase our policy again in the future. Once we filed our claim, the follow up was excellent. Our *** even intervened with our ***air shop and moved things along for us. Well done!

      Having my inverter replaced was a seamless process. This is the second RV that I have had coverage with Wholesale Warranty. I have never had a issue with a claim. They communicated with the repair facility so that the repair was done in a timely manner

      For me, the process was perfect. However, I wanted to wait and talk to the repair facility that I got the work done at. They said that the process was okay. I will take that as a win because the facility said that it is usually worse. With more repair facilities denying extended warranty work, the opinion of the repair facility matters a lot.

      Had a brake shoe come apart and ruin the brake drum. Took to my dealer and the coordinated with Wholesale Warranty to cover the repair. The repair was approved very quickly and the dealer accomplished the fix and had me on the road with a short delay! Very pleased with the warranty approval process and the prompt response of Wholesale Warranty!

      Have made two claims since I purchased the warranty in 2020 with some issues we were having with our motor coach. Both times just paid our deductible and the ** techs fixed the problem quickly and we were in our way.

      Our company does repairs for RV, both Motorhomes, Travel Trailers and 5th Wheels and we have been doing more and more repairs for customers that have an Extended Warranty offered by Strategic Administrative Group, specifically the one called the Extended Elite or EXE program. Of all the programs we use, this program has been by far the easiest to use. They seem to have the most comprehensive coverage and getting approval is very simple and quick, we just send a quick email or give them a call and in nearly all cases, the approval is done right there over the phone or by email within 5 or 10 minutes. Just wish all warranty companies worked this way. The latest claim we had was for an engine replacement and the claim was over $69k in total and they approved everything. They did send an inspector which is understandable, but they showed up the next day to inspect the engine and approved the entire claim. Great service!

      I have had two warranty policies for my Motorhome with Strategic Administration Group called the *** Elite plan. So far both have paid out more than *** paid for the policy. I bought them for the peace of mind and Im glad I did. Super easy to work with, only thing I needed to pay for was my deductible and I was good to go. Id highly recommend!

      recently had an experience with Strategic Dealership Solutions, and unfortunately, it left me feeling quite dissatisfied with their service. My main concerns revolve around the handling of documentation and the communication process.I purchased GAP insurance with the expectation that it would provide financial protection in the event of a total loss. However, when I needed to make a claim, the process was marred by issues related to documentation. Despite my efforts to submit the required paperwork, there seemed to be a disconnect, leading to delays and frustration.Moreover, the communication from the company during this process was less than stellar. There was a lack of clarity regarding the specific documentation needed, and attempts to seek clarification were met with slow response times. This lack of transparency only added to the stress during an already challenging situation.I believe that an insurance company's primary responsibility is to provide timely and clear assistance when customers need it the most. Unfortunately, my experience with Strategic Dealership Solution fell short of these expectations.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the company to improve its processes, ensuring a smoother and more transparent experience for future customers.

      Regarding the comments submitted by ******************, Strategic Administration Group would like to provide the following response. The date of the total loss occurred on July 29, 2023.  The primary insurance company settlement was made August 14, 2023.  Strategic Administration Group was notified of the Total Loss on October 2, 2023 via a submission of documents by ****************** and request for the processing of a Gap claim.  The claim was immediately opened and put into process.  Upon review of the documents submitted, it was noted that the claimant failed to provide either a Police Report or Incident statement.  A letter was prepared and sent to the claimant that same day (October 2,2023), requesting the additional information.This letter also provided a contact telephone number, adjusters name and office extension for the claimant to use should the claimant not understand or have questions about the request being made.

      Strategics normal process is to follow up open items, such as this one, where the claimant has not responded in 45 days.  As such, a second written request was sent to ******************* on November 17,2023.  The claimant then provided the requested statement for our records. Unfortunately,the information in the statement conflicted with that which was originally provided.  Strategic then issued a benefit denial as the time required to submit all documents expired (90 days from primary insurance company settlement date).  At the time of our benefit denial, ******************* submitted a corrected document.  Strategic has changed the benefit status from denied to approved.  The benefit funds associated with this Gap contract have been forwarded to the lender.

      It is unfortunate that ******************* is dissatisfied.  Strategic provided both the opportunity and path for ****************** to speak with an associate in order to answer any questions or concerns she may have had during the process.  We hope that our willingness to reopen and settle her benefit request is to her satisfaction.
