*** lived here for almost 4 years. Management, maintenance, staff have been top shelf. Quiet, well maintained grounds and outstanding amenities. Excellent proximity to restaurants and retail. I have zero complaints.

Location wonderful. Facilities nice. Company - THE WORST. This place is very money hungry. We first moved here in 2021. The staff was amazing and very friendly then shortly after everyone was gone. Whatever. We renewed our lease. We got locked out of our apartment called the apartment and they told us we had to call a locksmith and then provide them with the new keys. So we did that. Locksmith $350. Then the office tells us we have to pay them $150 to replace the lock the next day and they wont take the keys the locksmith put in. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!We have always had renters insurance. When we renew our lease there was going to be a two months lapse, and I spoke with the office, they stated they work with RentersInsur (now Homebody) and they do a month to month and can cancel anytime. We signed up for it and come March when we were to move out we canceled our insurance as our lease was ending. We moved out 3/9 our lease ended 3/18 so we kept everything going as is. Come 3/15 got an email from homebody saying our ***************** policy ended (as we canceled) and we had till 3/18 to provide proof of insurance. I didnt think anything of it as we were supposed to turn in our keys that day. I turned in the keys on 3/18, office says all was good and we just needed to give them our forwarding address. I go to do that then get a bill for $50 for not having renters insurance. I contact the office they do nothing to help at all and send me to Homebody. Stating we defaulted on having renters insurance. So outcome we would have had to pay for renters insurance for almost a month past the time we lived there or pay $50. This place is absolutely ridicoulous and after your money. They refuse to remove the fee. Homebody will not remove it nor will the office. I read reviews about deposits being kept I can only imagine what this company would do since they are all about taking money from their loyal residents. Stay away unless you are okay with a bunch of fees.
