    Bill's Auto Repair removed and replaced the engine in my D-21 ****** truck. Upon receiving my truck back I notice a large dent and several creases in the tail gate. When I attempted to contact **** of Bill's Auto Repair by phone I notice that He had block my phone number. When I called his number a voice recording answered stating He was not receiving calls. I tried several times and received the same message. A tow truck service provided by ******** picked up my vehicle on June 10, 2024 with no damage to the tail gate and drove to Bill's Auto and I watched them unload my vehicle with no damage. In addition I contacted and verified with (Awesome Roadside ) towing company that there was no damage to the tail gate upon receipt at Bill's Auto Repair..

    Mr. **** brought his vehicle to have an engine put in his vehicle. He bought the engine. The truck  was driven from the driveway to the garage.  We put the engine in it. The bill was *******. We put ****** in parts in it from our pockets. When he picked it up he told us if we charged him the extra ****** he would give us a bad review!!!!!!! We let him have it for *******. We did not hear from him for quite a while. One day he called up saying it was leaking and I told him that they would have to pay for that because it was not our engine. After that he called back saying his tailgate was dented. We did not do it and we are not doing another thing for this man!!!!

    I am rejecting this response because: It is a fact and can be verified by Awesome Roadside tow truck company that on June 10, 2024, no damage was done during pickup and delivery of my vehicle to the tail gate by their service. It is also a fact and can be verified by Gearhead Engines Remanufacturing ************** that the conversation between them the Owning of Bills Auto Repair stating the engine was leaking after installation and when Gearhead Engines stated that they would only pay for half of the labor Bills Auto got upset and stated he would  not repair the leak for half the labor cost and stated  that the engine was trash and he would not have installed it in His own vehicle (however he was willing to install it in my vehicle). I did not call Him concerning the leak. He called me. Bills Auto called me and stated my vehicle was done and he wanted $ 1,******** for the installation and repairs. No conversation ever took place stating that if he did not take off $200 from the charge that he would get a negative review from me. For that to happen it would be extortion and I am not an extortionist.I asked him about the leak in the engine when he called and he stated the engine was professional installed. His account of the occurrences is totally different than mine which means we just dont have a misunderstanding or slight difference of opinion in what happen but that one of us is totally lying about what happen. Why would any honest and moral person with any kind of integrity succumb to extortion over a review. And why would I waist my time after he allegedly took off the $200 still write a negative review. And why would I only ask for $200 dollars when the estimate for the repairs to my tail gate was over $600.  If the customer is lying then there is no issue concerning anyone using Bills Auto repair. But if Bills Auto is lying concerning what happen you would really want to take serious though if you would want to trust the care of your vehicle to this Auto repair shop. I challenge anyone to look at the information presented carefully before making a decision.

    The bottom line is we are not the ones who bought the motor. We dont work for half price. We did not damage your tailgate. Our customers know who we are  and what kind of business we do and we don't need customers such as Mr.*****

    I am rejecting this response because: This business is not trustworthy and has made not just untrue statements but has fabricated a deceptive lie to mislead anyone concerning his work ethics and would appear to say anything not to cover the damages he has committed to the customer's  vehicle.
