    Heavy handed high pressure sales. Spent 5 hours in my home wth their "demonstration". Would not take no for an answer. I was pressured to buy a ***** vacuum when I already own 2 Dysons and a Rainbow vacuum. Repeatly told the 3 salespeople we were not interested. After 5 hours of unrelenting pressure, we bought the ***** just to get rid of the 3. Tactics were abusive towards my wife and I who are elderly (both 70). When contacted they refused to return the ***** based on us not returning it within 3 business days.

    Hello ****! I apologize if you felt pressured to purchase a ***** vacuum from us. We offer very hands on training and extensive educational meetings for our reps in order to ensure these situations do not arise. Any presentation that is longer than 2 hours is not standard or reasonable. We do have an influx of new reps in our company who are still learning how to not only be time efficient in presentations but also how to approach a sales position. As most reps do not have much experience in this field. We have a high performing management team who are always in the field and hands on with the reps, but unfortunately, they cannot be present for all presentations at all times. That can lead to longer presentations, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We greatly appreciate you for giving our reps the time to present the ***** vacuum to you. Your help has given them the opportunity to gain the confidence and experience to help them do much better presentations in the future. We do our best to make sure our customers are satisfied at the end of every presentation and purchase. During our presentations we are legally obligated to inform all customers of the 3 day cancellation period. Which we will always honor. Taking a look at your account, you did call us to cancel outside of your 3 day cancellation period. Per company policy, we are unable to take your machine back and offer you a refund. We did offer you the opportunity to utilize our 3 year in home service (call us to set up a free room cleaning of any two floors of your choice.) the use of this service is unlimited and we will be happy to honor this service for the full 3 years. We appreciate your feedback and will use this information to better our business.

    On 12/11/2023 two employees of Dynamic Solutions DFW came to the door of our home around 1pm. My husband answered the door- which I was not happy about- and heard out their sales pitch. It was a twenty something blond woman about 5' 4" tall and mid-twenties brunette male with a handlebar-like moustache. They had a very aggressive sales tactic that was boisterous and loud and handed my husband a free gift which he was too nice to decline. Then, the man sent the woman to the car to grab whatever the large weirdly named overator (??) or whatever the product they were selling was called. They were trying to give him free s*** and span cleaner. When the woman returned to the front door she was carrying a big box and said excuse me. The man said she forgot something in the car and goes back to the car to get "it", whatever it was...Creepy. My husband expects that she is saying excuse me to try to set the box down in the doorway, so he steps back a bit and instead of setting it down, she walks into our house through the entry hall and puts the box down in our kids' playroom. He was so confused and at that time that he asked her to leave. I came from my home office in the back of our house and saw her standing in our house and was completely caught off guard. I said; "Why are they in the house???" She immediately picked up her box & left. It was terrifying. Such a pushy and unprofessional means of gaining access to someone's home. It felt like a huge scam from the outset. This ****** loud, ****** boisterous, super friendly tactic to push into our home uninvited was heavily uncomfortable. We had children home and it made me concerned for their safety and the safety of my elderly neighbors. My husband would have stood his ground but because she was a young woman was in a weird position to not physically get in her way when she entered our home. They are on ******** as a ****************** I wonder if their customers realize they are representing their products like this?

    Here at Dynamic Solutions we pride ourselves on our customer service and deeply care about how customers, non-customers, and/or any individual whom interacts with our company, are being treated. I definitely understand how you and your family felt uncomfortable and do apologize for not being more clear on our purpose for being there, as there seems to be a miscommunication. We are a marketing company that specializes in word of mouth marketing and do not offer any other type of advertising for our cleaning products/services. There is no obligation to do business with us, our motive is to showcase our products and make sure our customers are always satisfied.
