      The business is a plasma collecting center. Besides not having a working phone line, wastes valuable customer time in a number of ways. I was told I was good to go for donation, and then in the question booth 2 hours after being forced to sit and wait, was told my social security number needed to be verified an additional way, after being told I was good to go.

      *** offers a referral program for current donors to bring in new donors. I referred my 19 year old son who completed all the necessary steps as they were explained and am being denied the referral credit ( represented as points). I referred him through the app and followed the instructions. I called the center multiple times during the process and even asked when I was in the center to go over the process with someone so we could do it correctly. I was told there wasn't anyone there that could assist me and to follow the app directions. ( Basically, I was dismissed!!) So, I got my son on the phone and we went through the process as best we could. I checked the system after his 2nd donation ( as the instructions say to do) to ensure everything is being processed. But now, I am told that he does not qualify and I will not receive the credit. I spoke to the center manager, and called the corporate number for referrals and was told they would not make any adjustments or issue the credit. I fell this is very deceptive and they purposely made the process difficult so people cannot obtain these credits as promised.

      Weds. June 19, 2024 Around 11 am I spoke with a friend (*****************************) that I had referred to CSL Plasma and he informed me that he was going to make his 5th donation. 2:54pm via telephone length 10min 18sec I spoke with a male employee at CSL Plasma and he confirmed that ***************************** had indeed made his 5th donation I would receive my points/reward in 6-12 hours. I told him I would call back before 6pm if I had not received my reward. 5:42pm via telephone length 1min 51sec Spoke with a female employee and she exclaimed that it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to received a referral reward.10:58 am Thurs. June 20, 2024 via telephone length 19min 55sec Spoke with 3 different female employees. The first employee barely spoke english. Second employee was somewhat understanding and was taking this issue to her manager who was "in the back", I was put on hold. The last employee I spoke with seemed to brush me off. (Still no conversation with the manager) Saying that they don't keep records past six months. Which was a lie because the other employees confirmed ********************** 5th donation.I exclaimed I was going to have to contact the BBB. Please note that I have donated with CSL Plasma enough times to have helped 52 patients.11:20 am via telephone length 1min 2sec. Called CSL support number on back of my CSL debit card and spoke with a rep. **** explained that my card, even though I renewed it in January, showed inactive. But when CSL Plasma donation location deposits my referral rewards it should active my card again. And that deposit is the responsibility of the CSL Plasma location site.

      I donated some plasma for the this week and I didn't get paid for it
