Absolutely the worst loan company I have ever tried to deal with. Just trying to make a payment on my car results in ***** minutes of absolute aggravation. I literally have to call each month to make a payment because their web site is either poorly designed, or designed this way on purpose. And, they ask me for social security number over and over again just to try and access the site. I sat for 5 minutes today watching a spinning wheel go no where on their site and have to call them again this coming week to make a payment.

Getting real sick of dealing with this bank. Their ATMs in my area work when they want, I just got a new credit card with them and there is no *********************** expiration date on it, they cancelled my debit card on vacation, but they only cancelled it after 6 days of being out of town. I found out when I was on my way back while I was trying to get gas. It also took almost 2 weeks for them to approve the funds of my paychecks when I first switched over to EECU. I get taking a few days, but it took 2 weeks before all of my paycheck was available to me. The few upsides are the free overdraft protection. But it's not necessarily overdraft protection thought because it will just take the funds from like a savings account, or whatever other account you have linked to the checking account. Also having a large network of no fee ATMs is nice. The good definitely doesn't outweigh the bad... I hated **** of America, but EECU is getting very annoying.

I am looking at a notice with a URL that is unreachable. Professional organizations do not operate this way. I find it unacceptable that one cannot contact the company even by phone.
