Due to the lack of experience and ineptitude of *************************** and ****** Sisemore of Sisemore Law Firm; they perpetuated fraud on the Mediated Settlement Agreement and the final processing of the **** for my ex-husband's pension will not be completed until one year from the date of the Mediated Settlement Agreement because of their mishandling of my divorce case. It took them three months after Mediation to finalize a decree of divorce. Never once did they address the fraud and violations of the Injunctions. ****************** didn't even represent me during Mediation; she only said three words to me the entire time. She was, however, negotiating with opposing council behind my back and never once told me what she had negotiated for or where I stood financially during the negotiations. Her only response was telling me not to sign the Agreement and consequently lose possession of the house. ****************** and the Mediator, ***************************, were made aware of the misstatement of financial account balances and never once did they tell me. Not once was the completion of the **** addressed until the divorce was final; even though I had provided the information six months prior and insisted that it be completed after Mediation. ********************** and ****** Sisemore's continual threats for withdrawal from my case were unjustified and for fictitious reasons; and they charged me every time. Their legal fees are excessive for the lack of representation that they provided. They even charged me for assisting opposing council with preparation of legal documents. After the judge signed my divorce decree (I would not sign it because it was based on fraud), there was a motion for continuance. *************************** withdrew from my case citing that there was no reason to pursue the fraud. She wouldn't even finalize the ****. I had to pursue finalization with the opposing council. I will not recommend their law firm to anyone and will tell everyone not to retain their services.
