  I would give this company less if I could. They want an astronomical amount of money for their product. And if you happen to buy their product from a third party, they won't even speak to you. Which is a shame, because someone paid good money for these doors and we would love to show them off, but we need parts and because we don't have an original sales order from them, they refuse to even talk to us to sell us any parts. Despicable.

  Great door, slides with ease. Very nice as you don't need space on either side of the door as you do with bi-fold doors. Other than not being able to close my screen when the door is closed (handle is in the way, which I am sure an inverted handle would fix) I am very happy with the door.

  first of all i never write reviews, but I think this may help other people, I would give the installer (texas folding doors) a 5 star on the quality of his install. however I feel very mislead on the process of needing 1 1/2 days to do the install and how very intricate it would be and how you need an authorized installer. (which maybe true for warranty reasons). it took him 3 1/2 hours from start to finish. (I had my project 100% ready to go). i just felt like $4000 or $1000 an hour for a 4 panel install was a bit excessive, a brain surgeon doesn't even make that much! but i paid cause i stick to my word. hope this helps ****

  We absolutely LOVE our Panoramic doors. Unfortunately. Our builder installed them without watching the tutorial and they moan and whistle when the winter or storm winds blow. We live on a lake front lot so we get a lot of wind! We submitted a warranty request and received a prompt response. Their technician came out as promised and replaced all the mohair weather stripping. Unfortunately, that did not resolve the problem. Weve learned to live with Mother Natures music! Everyone who visits our home LOVES our Panoramic Doors as much as we do!

  Absolutely garbage 17k for a door that is junk cheap cheap cheap aluminum used the bolts are steel they strip if you sneeze wrong the weather seals are junk what a waste of time money and effort great idea but the product is absolutely garbage for what they charge

  The worst customer service ever. We spent $30k on ******************** for our business and if we ever just need an adjustment on them or help in any way, we get nothing but emails saying that someone will call us, but they never do. Its ridiculous. The only time they did anything fast was when they took our payment. Wish we NEVER used them. Save yourself the headache and stay clear of this company.
