    I frankly do not know if XBorder in ********** is the company I have been dealing with (but it is XBorder and they also go by Delicacyup). I purchased a lawn sized nativity scene from them after Christmas. What arrived was a tabletop two dimensional nativity scene with no detail on the characters like in the ad picture on ********* The company keeps claiming they sent what I ordered and the only way to obtain a refund is to send the package back to ***** (which would cost nearly as much as the item itself). Please advise. *********************** ******

    On Dec 25th I saw an add on Snapchat for a rose touch lamp. The add was for $29.98. There confirmation at checkout after shipping and tax was $35.86. The confirmation/receipt email again had the $35.86 total. But my credit card was charged $43.03. I -IMMEDIATELY- emailed the company to cancel my order and requested a FULL refund. It had been less than an hour!! When going to their website I was told my order had already been processed and shipped. Which I know to be impossible! When I filed a complaint I was told no problem we'll refund it. Except they only gave me a refund of $7.17. Again I went to their website to demand a full refund. Stating that $7.17 was not only NOT a full refund; that it was an unacceptable and fraud. It was just before that, that I noticed that they're based in ******. I explained to them that the ** has a law against ************** and that to do business in this country they're still required to adhere to our laws and regulations. Instead, they sent me ANOTHER email stating "To track my shipment". When I went BACK to their website it states "Banned to post". Not only did they attempt to steal from me; now they've 'banned' my ability to contact them about it!!!! I want a full refund. Their company should not be allowed to sell goods in *******. They've already broken several laws. Theft being the most egregious!!! PLEASE HELP!!

    On November 13 2022 I paid ****** for 3 pallets of Amazon returns. That product never came. On December 1st I received a response to my complaint of fraud stating a refund would be given within 5 days. It is December 6th and no refund at this time. This is a scam. The name of the company that charged my card is throughout but emails and responses came from xborderecommerce.

    October 6, 2022. I ordered a large palet of 20 milwaukee tools, and got a tiny box of generic screwdrivers worth $5 i paid with tax over $54. They offered to pay me back 10% of my purchase, that's rediculous
