    Only gave 1 star because zero stars were not an option. ************ started a big job for me when my house flooded in 2022. ************ was very helpful in the beginning and even helped me when I was having trouble with my insurance company. As the job progressed, the work declined and contact with ************ all but stopped. The work that was finished in the house was sub par. They caulked over dirt, my floors, almost 4 months later are coming up. They left trash everywhere that I cleaned up daily, they removed all of the food from my house without my knowledge, they broke the glass on my closet doors that have still not been replaced an they used my microwave, without my permission and eventually broke it as well. ************ stopped taking my calls before he paid for the work and now that he has gotten paid, he refuses to return calls and finish the job. Not what I would expect from a veteran or a professional. I am an 83 year old widow and I feel ************ took advantage of that.
