      Hardwood Floors Company, LLC I would not recommend this company based on my recent experience.On Monday, June 9, 2025, they began work on my homes flooring. During the initial quote, we agreed the entire home would be doneexcluding only the areas with tile. On day one, the owner, *****, stated they werent doing the upstairs bathroom, claiming it wasnt measured and insisting my home only had two bathrooms. I had to correct him multiple times, as I actually have three bathroomsthe third being the guest bathroom, which does not have tile and was supposed to be included.That same day, they removed and reinstalled the upstairs toilet with no issue. On Tuesday, they removed the toilets in the master and guest bathrooms. By Wednesday morning, the guest toilet was leaking watersomething that wasnt an issue before. ****** team told me I needed to hire a plumber to fix the problem, and my master bathroom water valve also no longer worked.***** said his crew would return Thursday morning, but they didnt arrive until 2 p.m. When they finally came, they removed both toilets again, then informed me they wouldnt reinstall the guest toilet due to a missing tank screwsomething they damaged. They eventually placed the toilet back but left it disconnected, leaving both bathrooms unusable and in worse condition than before.Additionally, my upstairs TV remote is now missing, a chair from the master bedroom was found in the shower, and my floor lamps electrical parts were disconnected and not restored.The owner was dismissive and rude when I addressed these issues and refused to take responsibility for the damage or the incomplete reinstallations. Im now forced to hire a plumber to fix problems caused by their team.This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I would never use or recommend Hardwood Floors Company, LLC.

      Hello *********, this is ***** *****. The quote has specified every area that was going to be installed and service that was going to be provided. You accepted the quote and you saw that there was not a third bathroom in the estimate. The morning we arrived I went over the areas that we needed to complete. When I mentioned that the third bathrooom was not measured and not included, we still completed the installation in that area. We did not charge you for removing and re installing the toilets, but we did it so that you could have them functioning the same day. When we no longer could put them back we reccomended to hire a plumber to re install it properly. There is not a toilet remove and reinstall charge in the quote. My apologies for not arriving on time on Thursday, that day we were in *********** and you live in *****. We had informed you the day before that you had to hire a plumber, because they needed to replace the tank bolts that were damaged prior to our arrival. When I was there for the estimate, I let you know that you have to move all the small items and electronics because we are not responsible if something breaks. We would only move the big and heavy furniture. When we arrived all the electronics and small items were not moved. The electronics, shoes, and clothes were all still in the area of installation. When I asked you who was going to move the electronics, you told me your husband was going to move them when he arrived. When he arrived he sat in the coach and did not move anything. My crew and I had to move all the small things and electronics before the installation. If you need anything in the future let us know and we will ***** help you out. Thank you.

      Thank you for your message. Id like to respond with some important clarifications and concerns regarding the services performed at my home.First, I want to reiterate that I paid $5,800 in cash$2,900 upfront, and $2,900 after the work was completed.Guest Bathroom Toilet:The guest toilet began leaking water on the floor after your team worked on it. When they returned the next day, they completely removed the toilet and were going to leave it in my garage until I informed them I would take legal action. Only then did they reinstall itbut it remains disconnected and unusable. I was told to hire a plumber only after the damage had already been done, not before. If the toilet tank bolts were damaged prior to your arrival, that was not communicated to me during the estimate or before your team removed the toilet.Master Bathroom:The water to the master toilet no longer works. I now have to manually add water to flush it. This issue did not exist before your team removed the toilet. Again, there was no prior recommendation to hire a plumberthis was only mentioned after the problems arose.Upstairs Bathroom:Although you stated it was not included in the estimate, your team still installed flooring in that area without clearly informing me or discussing additional costs or limitations. Had I known you would later deny responsibility for that area, I would not have agreed to the work being done.Missing Items:After the work was completed upstairs, my guest discovered his prescription acid reflux medication was missing. Other medication was placed in the window sillwith the exception of the acid reflux medication, which is still missing. Additionally, the TV remote control from the upstairs bedroom is also missing. We conducted a full search of the room and could not locate it.Home Preparation and Small Item Removal:Prior to your team's arrival, I hired professional cleaners to help remove and organize items, and many belongings were bagged and moved out of the way, with the exception of larger items like beds and furniture. If there were any issues with small objects that needed to be removed, that should have been clearly communicated. Either I or my guest was present the entire time the work was being done, and had your team said something, we would have gladly addressed it on the spot. It was not appropriate for your crew to handle electronics or small personal items without first informing ******************************** were not present during the measuring process, and most of your team did not speak English, which led to significant communication barriers.I made it clear that flooring was to be installed throughout the house, excluding only the tile areas (entryway, kitchen, and laundry room).When you later claimed the flooring was not waterproof, I had to take you to the garage to show you the product labeling that confirmed it was **************** Thoughts:I paid for this project in full and in good faith, trusting that it would be completed professionally. Instead, Im left with disconnected plumbing, missing property, and unresolved issues. I expect a proper resolution, and if not, I will be forced to escalate this through the appropriate channels.Please advise how you intend to address and resolve these matters.Sincerely,********* ****** ?? **************
