    Background:In April 2022, I hired TIS Foundation Repair to address foundation issues in my home based on their assurance that their work would provide a long-term solution. After completing the job, I was assured that no further repairs would be needed.Timeline of Issues:Six months after the work was completed, I noticed continued foundation issues and requested an inspection. The inspector confirmed that there were still foundation problems.On October 2023, I contacted ******** at TIS again, who assured me that the inspectors report was inaccurate and that no additional work was needed unless I wanted to prevent all ************ Year Later - thr foundation issues continued to worsen. TIS sent the same inspector, ****, who confirmed that there were foundation issues in both the front and back of the house. He also mentioned that a plumbing test was needed, suggesting a possible water leak.Inspection Process Concerns: The inspector performed the plumbing test while showers ran in the house, which may have impacted the results. Additionally, after fixing the front foundation, he did not take new measurements to confirm the work.Current Issues:The foundation continues to experience issues, particularly in areas they claimed to have repaired.I feel Ive received conflicting and misleading information regarding the necessity of repairs and additional plumbing tests.The work appears incomplete, and the information Ive been given seems to encourage unnecessary spending.Resolution Sought:I request that TIS take full responsibility for the original foundation repair by:1.Completing all necessary work at back foundation repairs at no additional charge under warranty.2.Conducting a legitimate inspection and testing process to ensure accuracy.3.Providing a refund for any unnecessary plumbing tests or charges if improper testing conditions influenced results.
