    This company operates under the name Unique Roadside LLC. with a ******* Phone number and a Decatur Address. They like to hide their identity I suppose. Less than acceptable customer service, poor business etchics. No honesty or itegrity as their website suggests. That's a joke. Wish I could give a zero rating.My insurance company called these folks for me. I needed my truck towed less than 2 miles from where it broke down. the driver showed up and demanded $195 said i wasnt covered on insurance. who do you think called you I asked him cuz i didn't. he insisted I pay him and i could get reimbursed by insurance. Nope not how this works. so he left. he could see i was upset and had already been crying. my xhubby was having surgery that day at 2pm i had no idea how i was going to get there. last thing i needed was to worry about $200 coming out of my pocket. called insurance compny again and they sent the same bozo out. when i asked him if he had it straight now that in fact i was covered by insurance he just looked snarky at me and asked for the keys. this ***************** up the chain to my d-ring shackle on my front bumper and i told him, im no tow truck driver but i know you dont hook up to a bumper he stated he didnt care. he caused more than $4000 damage to my truck. do you think i can get anyone answer their phone calls. when i filed a compaint with insurance, then they call me harrassing me and demanding they did nothing wrong the lady in the background kept saying "we pay nothing hang up we pay nothing." it's not going undone. i am going to have to file small claims to get my truck fixed now. how many other people have they done this to.
