    Had a bathroom light fixture that just flickers from time to time. This was explained from the start. Have home warranty so I put in for a service request and this is the company they sent out to the home. First did not received a name of the technician that came out. Explained once again what the problem was. Tech basically did nothing but tell me that the fixture would have to be replaced so he explained to myself and my husband that he is taken the picks of the fixture to let our warranty company know that they need to be replaced and he would put that order in and we should hear something maybe in about 5 days (never heard from anyone so we called our home warranty company. They stated ticket was closed out. Tech gave them a totally different (basically the problem was solved) story from what he told us. So I paid my money for lies and the problem is still not fixed. Called Quatro Lighting to find out whats going on. He states tech said there was nothing wrong. I remind you thats not what he told us. Tech stated putting in for new fixture. We have already had to replace others customers fixtures thats having same issue. Quatro Lighting response basically theres nothing they can do. So your company took my money and lied, and are not making any effort to fix what his lying tech did not do. Bad business.
