      Alamo Endeavors will not cooperate with ************** and myself ************************* in rectifying a mistake that ************************* made in accidentally slipping in a deed document into some notarized paperwork that was meant to be only certain documents for ************** not a past document of a deal that never happened with Alamo endeavors. ********************* of ************** has made it very easy and reached out and helped the best he can buy creating a legal document that would be sufficient for ****** and myself to sign. And this would make everything the way it should be and how it was meant to be in the beginning thank you ***.

      Good morning, 

      I am familiar with who ************************* is.  He is someone that we attempted to purchase mineral rights from.  On several occasions, he verbally agreed to sell his mineral rights and I provided the necessary paperwork along with a pre-stamped envelope for him to return the documents in exchange for an agreed upon purchase price.  ***** decided that once he had the paperwork he no longer wanted to sell.  Fine with us.  We moved on.  

      Fast forward - for some reason ***** decided to file a deed of record conveying his rights to Alamo Endeavors LLC.  I have told the operator that we did not file this deed and we have no claim to the royalties.  The operator has put this account in suspense until title can be cleared by an attorney.  I cannot understand why he thinks it is our responsibility to hire an attorney and a title error that ***** created.  I have told ***** that he needs to hire an attorney to fix his own title issues.  Alamo Endeavors and ************************* do not have any sort of client/customer relationship.  

      I'd like to ask that this complaint be removed on the grounds that ***** is not a client of Alamo Endeavors LLC.
