I ordered a rear kit of $1704 on 01/09/2024 I received the kit 03/28/2024. Upon received I contacted **** at RedFox baggers. I test fit the bags without any hardware and rear fender. The factory lids will not fit properly on their product as suppose to and I was told to alter and removed the factory seals and inner lid structure. I have contacted them multiple times and am getting no response. I would like a refund for the terrible product Ive received.Customer Answer

I intiated a return for kit that is worh $3000.00. They received the kit and signed a piece of paper ( attached here.) As the uploaded document shows it was received by *********************** on feb. 23rd 2023 and he signed for it. I must admit, this is the first I've heard about the return in question. According to our clearly stated terms and conditions, any return requires you to email us and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which, as of now, we have not received.
To provide some clarity, our policy states that you have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the item to initiate a return. Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, and we cannot accept returns beyond this 14-day window. Additionally, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All return requests must be accompanied by an RMA number, which can be obtained by contacting RedFoxBaggers at 866-9-BAGGER EXT 2 or by emailing ******************************* The shipping cost for returning a product is the responsibility of the customer.
I want to reiterate that we have not received any such return request from you. However, I'm committed to assisting in resolving this matter. I will look into it further when I'm back in the office this week to facilitate the refund process and ensure the return of the parts.

Ordered a rear end kit for my ****** and a ***** of mine ended up crashing it so I contacted ***** and it took them days to respond to me they would read my messages and still not respond so finally ***** message back and said they would cancel my order and send a refund, never got the refund though. I spent $1484.00 back in July for what was suppose to be easy to paint and assemble bags, lids , and rear fender. The bags were made very poorly and the lids do not fit the bags correctly. When I reached out to the business. He told me to cut the inside of the lids and by doing that. It would cut off your s**** holes that assembly everything. Bought kit took to long to send asked for a refund would not. Got kit was miss aligned wrong parts no supports or led lights. After having a shop look at it the holes were off nothing lined up again sent mail asked for refund no contact nothing. All numbers for the shop were disconnected emails came back failed. Researched company the address on file for the shop is a *** store. In a mini mall. No response no communication. Good afternoon , ************************** order was delivered on 11/17/2022, we received an email on February 1, 2023 stating some concerns, per our terms and conditions :
Shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Customers have 14 calendar days to returns an item from the date you received it.
All returns must be made with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number which will be given to you by first emailing ******************************
All our rear end kits are pre-fitted and pre-drilled for main mounting points and lined up properly before shipping. Redfoxbaggers does not guarantee perfect fitments of any of our products due to improper installation. Professional installation is recommended.
I am attaching images of ****************** order mounted on our frame , by our experts on our fitting department.

I purchased $2,000 worth of items from this company that claimed to have "paint ready" motorcycle parts. I recieved them after months and months of waiting and were missing many parts which I had to fight to get. After getting all the parts the motorcycle shop installing them told me it would be impossible to use because of the poor quality/craftsmanship. I chose to use them and after a body shop spent over ********************************** over $2700 just in body work to them ready for paint.. another $4000 in paint. After 1 month of being done the parts cracked and now need to be repaired and painted. Having invested $6700, in paint/bodywork and $2000 in parts I am back to square one. The company has fallen off the face of the earth and all i asked for was atleast some store credit but they are unwilling to answer me. I could have purchased top of the line accessories by now with all the money i have spent on these.Business Response

On June 17 , 2022 ************* send a sms to my personal, stating that had concerns about our product, with the effort to assist him , asked him what concerns he had and could not reproduce them , also stated that he already altered, painted and install the product.
We know things can happen, so here at Redfoxbaggers.com, we always do our best to satisfy our customers.
Our terms and conditions clearly states the following :

Painted, altered, or installed parts are non-refundable. Please inspect all pieces after arrival by the transportation company.*****************************************************

After 81 days, I finally received the parts for my motorcycle only to find out that they did not fit. I have tried calling the company several times, and now they are refusing my phone calls. They wanted me to remanufacture the parts that they sent to me, I should not have to do that with the kind of money I spent on them. I am rejecting this response because:This is *************************** I got the copy of the response that I put in to the BBB. I am sorry to inform you about this issue. I order this package on July 5th and was promised by your sales attendant ***********7 to 10 Days. After several phone calls and text with no response I made my first complaint to the BBB. He called me that same day. All he said was grandmother pass away and you change or moved to another warehouse. They would be shipped out. I should receive them by Sept 28th. I did recieved them and guess completely wrong not even close. I called ***** he did answer my call and told him. All he said was let me check with my production manager. He never call me back. I tried several times. And he won't return my calls or text. But my sun in law called on a different phone he answer funny isn't it. ***** my son in law explain to him the problem oh he owns a body shop and he is a biker built his own bike. He even took measurements and send them to *********** ***** said the same thing. Check with production. Just to let you know I have filed a law Suit I don't have a problem sending everything back but only after I receive my money and a shipping label. My initial purchase was placed on January 19, 2022, for a 6" Down 9" Out Angled Saddlebag and Rear Fender Kit, a Harley ******** 23" Front Fender Wrap and a Chopped Tour Pack, which totaled $2,898.00.When I received the kit and preformed (Mock-Up) I found numerous defects and issues with many of the pieces not fitting so l had to make a lot of modifications just for them to fit properly. One of the two Speaker Lids would not fit and could not be used, and nothing came with instructions or any hardware. Since the Front Fender was guaranteed to fit, I had it painted before receiving the custom wheel from SMT Machining who were recommended by Redfox Baggers. When I received the wheel, it did not fit properly and prevented the wheel from rotating. I eventually purchased another Front Fender from another company.When I received the Seat Pan it also did not fit properly and the seat had to be customized for it to attached and stay on.To make things even worse when I installed new exhaust onto the stock Harley ******** frame (2021 HD Street Glide) once again I had problems with it fitting through the exhaust cut outs.S.P. from Redfox Baggers had initially attempted to resolve these issues but now does not take my calls or return call when messages are left. I'm not looking for a full refund, however, feel that a refund for both Fenders, Saddlebags, Speaker Lids and the cost of painting of the new Fender is warranted.
