    Ive been to many childrens music classes over the years, and this was by far the worst. No trial class was allowed, so we had to commit sight unseen. The room was tiny barely enough space for three babies and the class had no structure at all. Instruments were dumped on the floor, and then we just sat there. No singing, no movement, no interaction. I eventually suggested songs just to avoid complete silence.The teacher said the first few classes are meant to introduce instruments slowly so kids dont feel overwhelmed which might make sense for 510 minutes. But the entire class lacked engagement, stimulation, and any sense of direction. The teacher was kind, but clearly had no music background or plan.On the drive home, I got a call not to ask for feedback, but to request that I make a playlist of songs my kids like so she could play them in future classes. When I said we wouldnt return, there was no effort to ask why or how to improve just, okay, no refunds.The lack of remorse and poor customer service was a real disappointment. Even worse, you cannot cancel your membership without signing a form that gives them permission to keep charging your credit card even after youve canceled. Do not give them your credit card information it feels like a total scam.For a place that claims to care about music and kids, this experience was careless, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating. I couldve and often do provide a better experience at home.
