We recently visited Hiley Hyundai after speaking with salesperson *** over the phone. We were clear and upfront about the vehicle we wanted, the maximum monthly payment we could afford, and the trade-in values we’d already received from other dealerships. *** spoke with his manager, ********, and assured us multiple times—both over the phone and via text—that a deal could be done and that it was worth making the drive, even with our child, to get there before they closed.
When we arrived, we were asked to fill out a credit application under the impression that they could meet the payment terms we’d clearly laid out. After running our credit, they returned with a trade-in offer that was $5,000 lower than what other dealers had quoted us. At that point, we told them not to run our credit if that was going to be their stance—but they had already run it anyway, despite saying otherwise. We confirmed this when we saw the hard inquiry hit our credit report, which immediately dropped our score by six points.
When we expressed our frustration, ******** became dismissive and evasive. He didn’t offer any meaningful explanation and told us there was simply no way to make the deal work, despite everything we were promised. When we asked for his manager’s information, he told us he didn’t have one. Only after pressing him multiple times did he finally provide the general manager’s contact information.
This was, without question, the worst experience we’ve ever had at a dealership. We were misled, our time was wasted, and our credit was negatively impacted without consent or transparency. I highly do not recommend doing business with Hiley Hyundai.

Good morning, I had an awful experience at this dealership. Please make sure that you do not complete the review until after your deal is final. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 03/30/2024. I paid cash for the vehicle. It took multiple attempts for me to get my plates. I received an email and call on 07/10/2024 stating my registration and plates were now in. I am now waiting on the title. I HAD TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE **************** OF MOTOR VEHICLES IN ORDER TO GET THEM TO BUDGE. After multiple attempts, I never received a call from the General Manager even after leaving more than two voicemails. They lied about why I had not received my title and had I not filed a complaint I would still be driving on temporary plates. Make sure if you buy a cash car that you specifically get the details about the title. If not received within 30 to 45 days something is wrong. DON'T LET THEM LIE TO YOU. I don't recommend anyone buying from this dealership. THE MOST HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP EVER. IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS REPORT THEM TO THE **************** OF MOTOR VEHICLE LIKE I DID THEY SUCK!!!!!!! Do whatever legal you can to make them pay for what they do. I'm sure someone has experienced this same problem and did not know what to do. PLEASE MOVE WITH CAUTION WHEN STEPPING INTO THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU DECIDE TO BUY FROM THEM BUT I WOULD NOT, READ EVERYTHING AND TRUST *****.

Yes stay away from them. I agreed to what is obviously a lost leader internet contract. When I visited the dealership. Drove the vehicle and said I wanted it. The paperwork showed up with a $2800 reconditioning fee. Not previously agreed too? They would not sell the vehicle at the agreed to internet price! This dealerships is obviously trying to create traffic by advertising deals that they are not wiling to close! I walked out.

They have a buy now button on their website, you are required to input all your data, credit history information, down payment or trade information, select your payment months, and choose your add on etc. The website give your final price and your interest rate (this does vary and was prepared for that). You then are just suppose to show up sign the paperwork and go. This is not what happened, get there and they try to jack up the price almost $4000 and more that double the interest rate ( my credit rating is in the excellent range) Just so happens the person I did the online stuff wasn't there today. Ask to speak to the manager, his statement was the corporation put all that on the website, No, I did looked at about 10 dealerships in the Dallas- Ft Worth area as well as my local area (2 hours away) Nobody had this "Buy now" type of button, some did have where you could preorder cars etc. Then the next lie was " oh we haven't used that option since COVID. Why haven't you taken that down off your website. Manager response was basically there the door if you don't like it. Total bait and switch!!! Lucky I drove over to Weatherford and got the SUV I wanted at a fair price and that dealership was beyond amazing. They just made a lifetime customer!!! If the star rating could go below zero I would be putting that in!!!
