      1st I've been going here for some time and never really thought malicious things happen with this company but ever since they have *********************** this company has gone down hill as In there policy and overall, 1st I'd be cautious in what you buy look closely check it out online to compare pricing, when coming to a **** shop customer are expecting/ hoping to get some type of deal things here are used not brand new but yet the store prices at brand new pricing. I have gotten multiple things from this location, the last thing that I have purchased was a pennant that I paid a little over $2,000 for I had the pennant for 7 days and it was really too much too big of a piece so I wanted to take it back within that seven days it dropped or the store wanted a profit of $790 I believe I paid 2150 total and they wanted to give me $1,300 for it 7 days later when really all I wanted to do was put it towards the purchase of a bike that I had bought from them that again in my point of view after getting the bike looking it up they're selling it at brand new value which is again not right. On top of that you know I've heard other employees say that they're marking up prices they set the prices not no corporate not nobody else it's them individually so they look and appraise or whatever and if they think that they can get a little bit extra where is that money going I enjoyed doing business with this company but with this I will most likely no longer be going there to do any more business and I was somewhat reluctant to put this post up because again I still have items there that I don't want to be messed with which I could disclose on some other things that happen but until I get my stuff I want to protect myself.

      Not honest about their jewelry be careful buying white gold make sure its not silver and make sure your receipt matches what they verbally tell you about jewelry ****** is the name of rude manager
