    Our two dogs became violently ill after spending three nights at Spa Paws. They were overfed after leaving explicit feeding instructions which can cause sudden and tragic health consequences with small dogs. Both of our dogs were extremely ill within 5 minutes of leaving Spa Paws after their stay. We contacted the owner, ******, and she instructed us to take them to our veterinarian and that she would pay for any and all treatment of our dogs. Our dogs had to spend two days in the hospital getting treated with various medications and IV fluids. When we contacted ****** about our invoice, ($655.00) she said that we were to blame for our dogs illness, that she had no responsibility. She then became belligerent with my husband, cursed at him on the phone, then hung up on him. She also said she would credit our boarding stay the next day, she did not do this either. We have all of the documentation in writing from ****** stating that she would reimburse us for the boarding expenses and our vet bill. She has not done this, and we are confident she will not do this. She has handled this extremely unprofessionally. Thankfully our dogs are getting better, but this was completely avoidable and extremely expensive. We will never take our dogs there again and hope that you take this complaint seriously. Thank you!*******************************
