      I purchased OPMS Gold Kratom at Easys Smoke Shop on Thursday Dec 26, 2024 at or around 11pm. On Friday Dec 27 2024 morning I attempted to drink the Kratom but it had an awful foul smell and very sour taste. Realized the smell after swallowing some of it. As soon as the establishment opened I made contact with one of the employees who was very concerned, helpful and sympathetic who took my contact information down to *** to the Manager. I received no call on Friday. I came back Saturday morning and the gentleman who sold it to me on Thursday was there and I then explained to him what was going on adding that I had encountered diarrhea that also had a horrible smell along with upset stomach. Again, Saturday no call from Manager. I stopped by Saturday night bf closing.. Nothing but the clerk did advise me that the Manger was aware and that he saw the matter in their group chat and informed me that the Manager would be in on Wednesday. Frustrating to say the least! Sunday, I stopped and encountered the same lady who was there Friday morning. I then informed her that this was unacceptable, Ill be filing a complaint with BBB because the Manager simply doesnt care and is well aware of the issue. ****** has been known to have SERIOUS effects the Manager is displaying that theyre ok with selling products that could potentially make people sick or cause fatal illness/death. I made 4(FOUR) attempts to resolve this issue before filing a complaint with BBB. Knowing theres an issue, could be easily resolved, avoided the problem by not contacting me shows how important their customers are and that our patronage means nothing but that keeps the establishment open!
