    COWTOWN POOLS HAS ERVICED MY POOL FOR ABOUT 4-5 YEARS AND UNTIL RECENTLY THEY HAVE BEEN PRETTY GOOD. COWTOWN POOLS CAME TO MY HOUS OVER 2 WEEKS AGO BECAUSE MY POOL WAS NOT OPERSTINF CORRECLY (THEY HAVE ACTUALLY TRIED TO HALFWAY ADREES THE ISSUE FOR ABOUT 6 WEEKS NOW) ANYWAY, THIS TIME ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO, THEY CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE AND TORE MY EQUIPTMENT APART AND LEFT IT THAT WAY ON MY PATIO, THEY SAID THEY ARE ORDERING A FILTER GRID THAT WOULD TAKE A COUPLE DAYS TO GET. WELL NOW, OVER 2 WEEKS LATER, ** EQUIPTMENT IS STILL TORN APART ON MY PATIO AND MY POOL IS GREEN AND NOT OPERATIONAL. COWTOWN POOLS WILL NOT ANSWER THE ***** OR RETURN CALL ANYMORE. I HAVE READ MANY RECENT REVIEWS THAT THEY ARE DOING THIS TO MANY PEOPLE. I WOULD NOT BE FILING THIS REPORT, IF THEY WOULD SIMPLY RETURN A CALL (I HAVE LEFT 4 VOICEMAILS SINCE LAST WEEK AND NOTHING. APARENTLY THIS COMPANY HAS REALLY STARTED TO MESS PEOPLE AROUND, AS MY EQUIPTMENT IS TORN APART AND NOT FUNCTIONING AND POOL WATER IS NOW GREEN, WHICH IS A BIG VIOLATION OF CITY ORDINANCE. LETS HOPE THEY DONT DO THIS TO OTHERS, SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE ***** ABOUT THEM ASAP

    Customers parts were on order, we did try to return with parts, but customer said he was getting it taken care of with another company. There was a miscommunication on our end at the beginning of the process, between office and tech. Office thought it had been taken care of already. Once office found out it hadn't, they ordered the parts. We apologize in the imense delay, and the miscommunication on our end.

    We had our pool pump repaired by Cowtown Pools in 2020. The part that they fixed is now broken again, and has to be replaced. We now find out that the part that they put on the pump in 2020 was the wrong size and type of motor for the pump. Therefore the pump gave out due to over use. It was the improper part. The pool company, working under a home warranty company is refusing to fix the mistake and now refusing to return calls. We have now found out that this company has done this with several people also under the same warranty company. We get the run around with the warranty company, and the pool company just refuses to return contact.
