    We used Texas PVP in Parker County for 2023. It was a disappointment! Zero reductions on all parcels, including exorbitantly overpriced homestead parcel. Had a hard time reaching them after initial contact.

    Texas PVP represented me in 2021 for Parker County. They required payment upfront for each property and did okay in getting my taxes reduced, but the savings weren't that great when the upfront payments were considered. None-the-less I reconsidered them for 2023. Not a great move as they still demanded upfront payment even though I was a repeat customer (with the same properties). Frankly I didn't have time to investigate other protest options, so I used them. This time they were unable to get ANY reductions in my four properties, plus I was out over $600 in their fees. Also I had to prompt them multiple times on the status of my protests and didn't get the final bad news until nearly two months later. I'm aware they may be subject to the whims of the tax board, but all other protest services I researched offer contingency, vice upfront payments, which I will use next time. They offered me the contingency service next time, but I'll go with someone else. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Do your research before using Texas PVP.

    Due to processing delays in the county, we were unable to send you copies of your Final Orders within the usual timeframe. Although property values were updated online, the county did not forward us our copies in a timely manner. However, we did email you as soon as we received the necessary information from the county. Nevertheless, we apologize for the delay.  

    In 2021, we were able to achieve reductions on all four of your properties. In 2022, like many of our clients, the value of your properties stayed the same, and did not increase at all the following year in 2022. As a result, you were able to save on property taxes for two years instead of one. However, according to the county appraiser,there was significant growth and development in your area in 2023, and property values increased exponentially as a result.  

    Therefore, we know it can be extremely frustrating when you do not receive the reduction that you were expecting. Unfortunately, despite our 97% success rate and our best efforts, we are unable to achieve a reduction 100% of the time. When this happens, it is absolutely heartbreaking because we know that our clients depend on us.

    As a previous client, please know that we work extremely hard to achieve the best possible reduction for all clients. We always fight each case as if we were fighting for a reduction on our own property, so it was very frustrating and disappointing for us as well. This is why we offered to protest on your behalf with terms that you felt more comfortable with. Although you have declined our representation in the future, we appreciate your feedback, and we hope that you reconsider our offer. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you.
