    The person in the office is doing his job badly, I have been living in the complex for 3 years and it had never happened to me since the new staff entered they have been taking my car the tow truck one communicates to talk to her and know the problem and she never answers and the only answer she gives is that we have given the bad plates but with my cars I have since I am in the complexes and it had never happened this is a second time my family and I do not feel safe and we feel stolen since we have to pay when picking up the car everything for her not knowing how to do her work and lose days of work And both times we have had to pay more than 600 dollars from our bag without being responsible and without having any problem with our vehicles.

    After reviewing Margaritas complaint I understand her frustration looking it as her point of view. However I can not be liable to pay for her towing since the information that was given to me was incorrect to put in system and register her vehicle. We had a change in towing and tenants where notified that we will no longer have stickers and everything will be online, therefor I needed them to bring in there stickers and hand them to me so I could enter the information that is on the stickers on the website. On 3/20/24 ********* came in handed me her stickers I registered them with the information given to me I printed a copy and handed it to her and kept one for myself. She is asking for a refund for the towing on her Ram 1500 that was towed on 8/18/24. I spoke to her in person and over text messages letting her know the information she gave me is incorrect and that is the reason it was towed. I do take responsibility if I made a mistake entering wrong information because we are only human and everyone can make mistakes and have witnesses that will verify that I have helped them If car was taken and it wasn't my tenant's fault. Attached are the sticker she brought in to me and how it was registered. Also the pictures of when her car was towed and why, of course information has been updated to prevent from happening again and she has received copies again.
