    Moved out 7 months ago and have not gotten our deposit back. We have been told twice in person by the manager that our check had been sent but not received it. The last in person visit was a month ago. Several other former Aviva residents have said that they have not yet received their deposits back and that Greystar has also not responded to them

    Dear ****************,My name is ***********************. I'm contacting you in regards to The Aviva Living Facility.First of all I set up an appointment with ******* to come and sign a lease agreement on a Saturday morning at 9:00am . I live in far north ******, which is one and half hours away.When I arrived I was stopped at the door by your employee, ******************* and I was told she could not see me. I explained to him I had spoken with her on Friday and had set up an appointment with her to sign a contract with her. I work Monday-Friday, therefore I could only do it on a Saturday.He told me, " she doesn't have time to see you" . Come back some other time. I told him I worked Monday-Friday and only can do it on a Saturday, and he told me, " TUFF", I don't know what to tell you, other than come back some other Saturday.I drove an hour and half back home at this time.On 8/8/22 I went back over there and signed the contract with *******. On 8/13/22 I hired people to move my furniture and items to the apartment. My apartment is on the 3rd floor (335).My movers had unloaded my sofa and chairs into the door, to find the elevators were broken.I went to the front to speak with someone about what to do and Mr. ******************* was there and I asked him what to do about this, and he said there were other elevators located on the corners of the facility. Which was down two long halls from my apartment. They had already unloaded the sofa and chairs, so they had to hand carry these items down two long halls and the apartment. He again told me that all can be done, and tuff.I will not put up with this person speaking to me like this anymore, and told ************** needed to contact someone who handles this problem with this guy. and She gave me your contact information. And also I spoke with ****** this morning about everything and still unable to move in because the elevator is broken, She told me yes, it's still broken but they had ordered a part. You are kidding me! What does this place
