    Hello and thank you so much for helping out! I wanted to please reach out regarding an experience I had at Charleys inside ***************** in ******, I had the opportunity to go to the mall and was excited to be at Fashion Fairs food court after a long day of shopping We made it to the food court and had a ton of options to choose from We decided we would have Charleys as its been over 10 years! We were so excited to try out the menu again and missed their delicious sandwiches and fries We approached the front line to place our order and we were not greeted, the gentleman in the front kept making a face at my daughter.She was recently diagnosed with a medical condition where she has to be in a wheelchair, It makes it very difficult for her to see over the counter to see what to order.The employee kept pressuring her and made her visibly upset, the team members name was *****, and he was very rude!He kept laughing at my daughters condition and made it difficult for us to enjoy our meal, he was not attentive whatsoever and made it terrible experience.We have the footage on video and want to share it with social media outlets. However, my daughter is very embarrassed about the situation and does not want any public outcry.***** is a terrible employee should not be working

    . I made a purchase totaling *****. When I received my receipt a tip of ***** was added to my order. I did not authorize any tip amount. I spoke to who I was told was the manager and informed him that I did not authorize the tip charge. He took my receipt and stated that he could not make the correction at that time. He asked for my name and phone number and wrote it on my receipt. He stated he would correct the transaction and contact me by phone later that day. I had to ask for a copy my receipt to have proof of the transaction as he took my receipt and did not offer me a copy. I did not hear from the manager and the transaction was not adjusted. I attempted to contact the company through email and did not hear back from them. Attempt to reach the manager who's name I was told was ******* was unsuccessful as I was told he was not available.

    I never got my food ordered online to pickup at 10:30 for my lunch break. Two kids working there didnt acknowledge me when I came in waiting 15 minutes and asked them where is my order. The order was not even started. Asked for a refund he said his general manager was not there to refund me. So never got my food or refund.
