    WARNING!!!-DO NOT EVER BUY FROM MESA!! Mesa is by far the worst embroidery company on the market. I purchased a machine from them in December of 2020 and did not recieve it until February 2021- the salesman ************** will rip you off! He sold us a machine with a ton of issues, refused to email or call me back once he had the down payment. This company has sold me a machine that was completely useless and only half works now solely because I spent 15+ hours working on it with their tech support. I had to change out the motherboard after arguing with them to even send me the right part for the machine. Two headed machine, but only one head works and they want thousands of dollars to have someone come fix it. Worst company I have ever dealt with and I hope they go out of business for both financially s******* me, and my business.
