    Subject: ******************************** for Lack of Communication and Failure to Deliver Dear *********** am filing a formal complaint against ************** (****************************************, Phone: ************) for failure to deliver services and poor communication. I met with Mr. ***** (email: ********************************** on June 18, 2024, to discuss developing a beauty product for my business. I provided a product sample and paid $500 to begin the project, with the assurance that the samples would be ready within a few ******** July 22, 2024, I had not received any updates. After reaching out, Mr. ***** told me they were busy but that my product was next. He requested another sample to send to a fragrance company and assured me that my samples would be ready in two weeks. I provided the additional sample, but after two more weeks, there was still no communication.On August 16, 2024, I contacted Mr. ***** again and expressed my concerns about the ongoing delays. He promised the samples would be ready by the end of the week, but by then, I had lost confidence in their ability to deliver.I believe *** Laboratorys lack of communication and failure to meet commitments were deceptive, and I request a refund of my $500.Sincerely,********* ****** 1942 Crafted Cuts (Braceros)
