    The customer requested cancellation of her Premium level membership prior to the minimum term agreement of one year. Their membership term ended on 2/26/24, their last membership charge was on Jan 26, 2024, in accordance with the annual membership agreement signed by the customer. Please reference the attached copy of her signed agreement.
