    In July of 2023 I paid $300 for *******(an employee) to do my taxes, as well as amendments for earlier years. There was a tax credit attached that I was told by the *** was done incorrectly and flagged my account to audited. All because my taxes were not filed correctly. So instead of taking accountability after I've hired tax lawyers, even had a tax advocate that clearly stated my taxes were not completed correctly by CHATMAN ADVISORY SERVICES, I've been ignored. I have lost so much since dealing with this case and they know it. I have worked diligently with them dealing with my case. Now in 2025, i still have been ignored and not received a refund.

    I had this business file for my COVID tax relief and after being charged for the service they filed the paperwork however when I received information from the *** in regards to additional paperwork I notified chatman only to be ignored with no contact. Ultimately my date expired to respond to the *** and now I'm in debt 40k as a result. I emailed several times and called with no follow up.

    I paid Chatman to file an amended tax return for 2021 and 2020. I've been working with them since June. Every time they needed another form from me I responded. I called today Nov. 22 and there is still no proof the filed my amended tax returns. They claim there was a Covid credit available.
