    ************************* called my family member from ************. He claimed he had a notice of intent to file and needed to serve me a summons yet he could not find me. He stated that this was a courtesy call, about a civil suit that attorneys were ready to file. He left the number ************ for a return number to call United Mediation Firm. This company not only illegally threatened to *** me, but also told my aunt information that she was not privy to. No verification of this debt or summons has ever been presented, as I have no.knowledge of this account. So how dare anyone spread lies about me? This is illegal in more than one way.

    This is an invalid complaint based on the fact that we are not "United Mediation Firm."  We do not have a phone number of ************ or ************.  We also do not have an employee by the name of ***** *******.

    We have one location in ******, ** and our only phone number is ************. 

    I have fielded several calls from individuals being contacted by a United Mediation company, finding us online and contacting us, where I assured them it was not us that made the call.

    It seems the individual filing this complaint simply went online, found our company and assumed it was the same one that contacted them.  

    Please remove this invalid complaint from our BBB profile.

    Company called said I owe money for a loan actually called my dad and my 8yr old sons phone beyond ****** For cash something doesnt ring bell *********************, This is ************************* from the Mediation Department. It is imperative that you contact my office at ************. ***** what is this about She hung up the phone when I tried to get information on the phon company nasty and rude

    We do not have a phone number of ************.  We also do not have an employee by the name of ******* *****.  We do not handle collections for loans.

    Harrasment after stating I am not the person they are contacting and to stop contacting my phone number, then they called an additional 4 times after I told them not to call.

    We are not the company that contacted this person.
    We have had to deal with other complaints regarding another "United Mediation" company.

    We do not handle accounts in California.
    We have one office based out of Frisco, TX and our phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX.
    I would be happy to discuss this with the individual to make sure he knows it is not us that contacted him.

    Does he have a number they called form? A name that contacted him?
