    If I could give zero starrs I would. Worst nightmare dealing with this company and even more incompetent customer service. Bought the $100 headset and got charged and sent the $35 from Amazon. I didnt order from Amazon - I ordered directly from website. Notified the company and was told they would send out the one I requested and paid for. Time went by only to be told they didnt have the requested headset in stock. They said they would pick up the package from my residence. Almost two weeks go by of putting the package out every day to never get picked up. Told I had to return to **** Go to *** to be told the slip was not valid. Was told ** be refunded only for weeks to go by and they rejected the refund. ****************, has always been the person for customer service. Refuses to let me speak to manager. Ignores several of my emails. This company makes hundreds of dollars and cant manage to refund me $100 for their mistake. *** tried several times to return the item to get my money back. I do close captioning for the hearing impaired and told them I needed working equipment and the lies just keep going. Meanwhile, Im still out $100. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. ALL OVER A $35 headset that they charged me $108 (with tax). Worst company Ive ever dealt with. Will never buy from and will be telling all Captioner to beware of ordering any equipment from this so-called company.
