***** helped us navigate a difficult Allstate process and after the insurance approvals the roof and gutter install was great. Without his expertise we would have been stuck in claim h*** The finished product looks great. We were able to upgrade to copper gutters at a nominal cost. Great contractor experience who dealt with an insurance companys process. Would highly recommend.Down2House Construction

Over the past couple of years, I have had the pleasure of working with Eddie Santiago's roofing crew on multiple properties because of the hail storm damage in DFW. Down2House Construction recently replaced the roof on my rental property in Bedford, TX, and also on my parents' home on the same street. His crew always meets timelines, payment expectations, and does a great job of cleaning up afterward (often overlooked by some vendors). Highly recommend them.Down2House Construction

I just wanted to come on here and give a great review to ***** ******** and Down2House Construction. ***** came and did an inspection of my home, showed me photo evidence of the damage due to hail and filed a claim. However, my insurance carrier denied the roof and ***** went to battle with them, and after denying my roof, they came back and warranted a full roof replacement, gutters, downspouts window screens, and fence staining. He literally had the contacts for everyone and everything and helped me with some additional work around my house as well, he worked with my very nosy and "difficult to work with" adjuster and dealt with a lot of communication on my behalf and that itself was a great relief. My house now looks beautiful because of his diligence. I would highly recommend him and his company to help you as well. Both he and his team were truly professional and were timely and on point everywhere.Down2House Construction
