      Love that Door did an excellent job on our door. We have only had the door for a week, but everyone who has seen it loves it. The installers did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and did meticulous work. The painter also was not happy until everything was perfect. We could not be happier.

HIGHLY Skilled teams They install high quality lift and slide doors not the cheap vinyl doors the stores sell. Pricing is great. Next is replacing our main door with one of their beautiful products.

      Below is the email I sent to Lovethatdoor after my office door was left unfinished. Hi, please see the attached file (photos) on how your representative left my house Friday evening. HE left the paint out uncovered with blocks of wood everywhere, which was so unsafe, and then my robot vacuum got on it and BROKE. The vacuum was just purchased for $1600. Also, the inside of the office was left undone. There is paint ALL over my floor. Is this how business is handled there after spending an obscene amount of money on this? After sending this email with the photos of how my house was left, ***********************, VP of Operations, sent me an email and blamed my child for this mess. Babaria. Good afternoon & hope this finds you doing well. I have gotten with our painter and reviewed their camera while working. From what I understand from *****, there was a young girl there, and she had picked up the paintbrushes and was painting on all the tarps and blankets.I would personally come to meet you so we can visit as ***** (the *******) has worked for *** for over 15 years and has an impeccable reputation/record here, which is completely shocking to me. Please let me know if you would like to schedule a time to meet and review your concerns.***** has yet to call me back. As a VP of Operations its obvious there is no care at all once for the customers once they take your money. DO NOT BUY from this company; they will take your money, give you an unfinished product, they WILL not take accountability, and NEVER CALL YOU BACK no matter what title you are there. It truly hurts me that I used all my savings to purchase this door, and this is how I was treated. I am even more disgusted that this company blamed my 7-year-old daughter for the open paint left out, dangerous wood pieces everywhere, and an unfinished office.I honestly don't know what to do. I want to share the photos of my house so that you can see how horrible this situation was.

      Ordered a door in December 2022. The timeline we were provided was accurate and installation and touch up were complete in June 2023. The door looks fantastic and we are pleased with the final product. We hope to use *** for ************ that we want to replace later. I am proud of their organization. I like how the office staff is efficient.

      Our house was dark on the inside with our old solid door and we wanted more light to cone in. Love That Door gave us a beautiful door that not only enhanced our entryway but let in so much light inside that our joke is who left the door open. The biometric Lockly lock makes getting in and out so easy. Wed highly recommend them for the quality of the door but the professionalism of their entire installation team.

      We were in desperate need of a new back door due to one of our dogs damaging it. I was recommended to Love That Door from a co-worker and after going in person and seeing his new front door I was sold. I reached out to Love That Door and from initial consultation to completion things went smooth. Communication was good and due to my impatience I reached out twice inquiring when my new door would be arriving. I was too anxious to get it and they were very kind and speedy in responding. Everything is very and conscious about the process. You will pay for what you get, if you aren't willing and ready to pay some money then go elsewhere but you will get your money's worth.

      We discovered Love That Door from the ********** Home and Garden Show display samples. We then visited the ************* ***** showroom in *********. Their sales staff were able to answer our installation questions and to explain the entire installation process from the selection steps, to the payment intervals, to the anticipated overseas manufacturing time frame, the shipping intervals and the actual installation services performed by the crews. (There is a rough installation crew, a masonry crew and a finish trim crew.) All of their staff was courteous, professional and it was obvious that they took pride in their work. A serious concern of mine was any damage that might occur to our wide custom milled interior trim work, but after a preliminary site visit, *** crews determined that the proposed new door could be installed without issue. And true to their assessment, the new door looks like it was installed as new construction instead of a replacement installation. *** provided a CAD scale drawing of our selected door. They were also able to modify the curved wrought iron scroll work inserts to match our aesthetic preferences. The scale CAD drawing allowed us to easily obtain approval from our HOA board. We are very pleased with our *** experience and the end results. The new door adds tremendous curb appeal and elegance to our home. Our neighbors are now considering getting their own *** doors now. Some of the door features that appealed to us are the foam filled insulation, the heavy duty metal bug screens and insert glass panels that can open and be cleaned from the inside. The door also includes security sensors as desired. We installed a keyless keypad lock from ******* and the finish of the keypad matches the door color perfectly. Our only regret is that we should have installed our door a long time ago so we could enjoy it even longer.
