      iCare ER - had bad experience. Took my sick child on a Sunday night, they told me how much I owed after insurance so I paid. A few months later, received bill for $800 more. Called their office, lady said the wrong code was billed, I kept getting bills so I kept calling her with zero return calls. Finally after months of calling, a supervisor to call me back, she said I must have misunderstood how much I owed and I owed it, pay or go to collections. I paid it...the lady working when I checked in obviously covered for herself and I paid the cost. If she had told me, I would have paid the full amount originally.

      The facility in question did reach out to me, two different contacts, both very helpful and apologized for what has transpired. They proposed a remedy, pending execution of that remedy I feel the issue will be resolved.
