      Only if there was a -1 star option. I have called them at least 12 times with record, screenshots, and emails. Have not been responded to once these people make their own decisions, have their own meetings, and come to their own resolutions. Meanwhile, none of them live anywhere near the properties or have any communication with the owners. Property management company should be out of business for lying, not responsive, and don't know how to work a budget. They have increased the dues Every year because they can't stay within their agreed budget for the community. TRASH = LEGACY SOUTHWEST MANAGEMENT PROPERTIES.

      Legacy Southwest Property HOA doesnt care about the neighborhood they just want the money we receive violations about cutting down trees in the front yard that we didnt grow and its dead now and we got a violation for it so now Im taking it higher up and we not paying the violations because we ask nicely to get waived or appeal it and **** was very rude about this conversation and he said its not going to be removed so we just going to take higher up until we get us a lawyer and go from there.

      I worked with *************************** at Legacy Southwest regarding an approval for a deck install and she was aware that I was on a time constriction with a contractor. She kept me informed the whole process and sent me an email the minute my approval went through!

      We have used Legacy as our management company for several years. As the president of our HOA I have been very happy with the services they provide and the cost to the HOA. Danielle and Lynn are amazing and work hard to be sure all is in good order and taken care of in a timely manner.
