    I've used Catapult Reservatory (aka Catapult Distribution) for music distribution services for nearly a decade; I haven't had a problem until recently, when they misattributed my account to a different artist and will not take action to fix their mistake. I registered my first release (Duality - Duality) in 2015, and released a remastered version in May 2023; since then, I've been unable to access my account. I went through their 'customer service' (which is just Zendesk) and they told me the email address on my account is registered to something totally unrelated that I have no idea what is; they then asked me to send an email from my registered backup email address *********************** which I promptly did, and have received no response since then (it's been nearly a month now). I've followed up multiple times, and I have a new release coming up and this problem is costing me time, money and reputation. This is absolutely unacceptable, and needs to be rectified before I take legal action. I can provide any documentation you need that not only is *********************** the account I've had registered with them for nearly a decade, but also their responses and then lack thereof after providing this information.
