    Company is terrible. I have never seen a manager **** not know what he is doing. I went in the office stood there for 30 minutes waiting my turn just to find out I can pay the way they said I could pay. The management team hes purposely made it to where complaints have to go through them so you never actually feel like anything is taken care of.

    As with ALL HOA Management companies, this company goes above and beyond the finest and taxing of residents in a neighborhood. Was given two $250 fines, open from 5/15/25 and open from 5/28/2025, but in both pictures my yard is cut and trimmed down. They mail highly pixelated black and white images of the yard to hide the fact that they are mailing false claims to fine the homeowner to inflate their profits. This company is illegal on an epic front and needs to be scrutinized by someone!

    Disappointed in the hoa here. The garden areas out front are in bad shape with dried up grass and dirt. We can't even use them. We aren't even allowed to sit outside on lawn furniture. What's the point then? We have to sit in our garages? That is a terrible lack of community values.

    Call with questions. Got transferred to our property manager *****************************. Specifically asked to be called on my cell phone. She called back on my business phone. I asked her why and she got very rude and dismissive. She absolutely lacks professionalism. After reading our ******** page for our community, others have had the same experience with her. I will never contact her again. She is a poor representation of her company and needs to be trained better.
