5 starsI've been to this dealership several times for scheduled maintenance on my 23 bronco sport.Service is usually quick and painless but have had to wait extended periods while it was busy. Overall the service is good, the free wash is an added bonus and everyone is friendly. Will continue to return as long as they continue to take care of me.Review fromBrent W

1 starVisited Autonation **** on 5/11 while on a business trip to the ****** area. Test drove a 2019 Tacoma and liked the vehicle. I offered to put a deposit down to "hold" the truck until I could return the next week (I live several hours away), however I was informed that the dealership doesn't allow this. Fair enough, if it doesn't sell over the weekend let me know and I'll return. I received 3 calls plus text messages on 7/13 informing me the truck was still in inventory. I advised the salesman at 7:49 PM (11 minutes before close) that I planned to be there on Monday the 15th to purchase. A follow up email from the Autonation general manager arrived at 8:34 PM (34 minutes after close) confirming our "appointment" to purchase the Tacoma. The next day, July 16th, I purchased 2 airline tickets to *** for my wife and I. We planned to fly in and drive the truck back home. Upon arrival in ******, I received a text message from the salesman telling me the truck had sold after he left on Saturday night. It sold in 10 minutes? What about the email 34 minutes after closing time confirming our appointment to buy? We went to the facility to meet with the general manager who offered nothing for our troubles. He didn't ask if we wanted to look at other cars on the lot, help us locate something at a "sister" facility, take us to a rental car company so that we could get back home, coffee, a bottle of water....nothing! In my opinion he displayed a terrible, uncaring attitude to stressful situation. My wife and I literally walked down the side of a service road to another dealership, purchased a different vehicle, and drove back home. I advise anyone who reads this to steer very clear of this dealership and its shady practices. Honestly it was the worst sales/customer service experience I have ever had. The fact that they attempted to spin the whole situation as "my fault" was infuriating. Buyer beware!Review fromAlexis B

1 starStole parts out of my friends car that they were fixing "under warranty" returned the car to her without fixing the original issue and missing parts, the parts that were returned were not put back into the car but thrown into her trunk which damaged the interior. AutoNation ****/***** will not rectify the solution. SCAMMERS AND LIARSReview fromTammy R

1 starThe first of March I went to check a bronco I saw online. ***** was my salesman and was very sweet and trustworthy. I told him his car was a couple of thousand more than the same car I saw at another dealership down the road and showed him the ad. He said so if I get my car down to that you wont go to that dealership? No sir! I gave them my car as a trade in for about $2000 less than I would have liked because this was going so well. ***** sent me to ******** in finance and assured me if he came on too strong to let him know and he would take care of it. ******** only tried to sell me their $2,000 extended warranty and was sweet as pie when I turned him down.. So I started signing my paperwork and I didnt read any of it and felt confident in that decision because everyone knows you have 36 hours to return it. The next day I kept pondering over the amount I paid so I looked at my paperwork. I was charged $1,000 more than we agreed for the car and all those extra things to keep my car beautiful were added to the price. Total for those was $2,600. When I called ***** he sounded a little nervous and quickly sent me to his manager. Mr.Manager tells me but you signed the documents and drove off the lot. Yes, but I didnt read them because I had time considering the 3 day cool down rule. I am so pleased with my car, I just want what they promised me. The manager kept repeating, but you signed the documents and drove the car off the lot so its yours at $3,600 more than you thought.m I couldnt even look at the car without feeling sick. So of course when my survey from **** came in regarding my experience (that ***** and ******** both told me to be on the lookout for) I was 100% honest. The next morning. ***************************** some manager there supposedly was calling to make me happy and wondered if writing me a check for $2,600 would make it all better. Well it would be but I still got ripped $1000.00Review fromMatt E

1 star0 stars would be more appropriate. I have never encountered worse customer service in my life. After bringing in the vehicle, still under warranty, on multiple occasions they were either unable to or unwilling to fix the issues we were having with unbearable break noise (enjoy the video attached). I was told they fixed the vehicle after having it for 3 months but the same problems persisted and I brought it back. At that point they were unable or unwilling to fix the issue after keeping it for an additional month (please see attached texts as well from the service advisor Obiora, Drive Manager ****** and even the service manager *****). I will admit that ***** was at least present to deal with but even she states that she would have an appraisal done before I come in the next day and the vehicle detailed in attempt to make up for the significant inconveniences. To my surprise, I had to wait about an hour for that appraisal upon my arrival for the appraisal and Ill let you be the judge as to the level of detailing with the following pics. Merely noise and usually goes away is the direct quote but later they claim to not be able to replicate the noise, even with the video I provided. I was also told the ** ***** would be in contact with me but I guess they neglected to give him the message either as Im still waiting. Never been lied to and disrespected by so many people all at once. To treat anyone this way is appalling but a disabled veteran is unforgivable. I have purchased 6 new Fords and 2 from this dealership but I will never make that mistake again.Review fromBrian R

1 starI recently had a horrible experience at AutoNation **** in Frisco, **. I negotiated a deal for a **** Explorer ST, 2020 with 26K miles. I obtained a cashiers check for the full amount of the contract. I made it clear that I would purchase a plane ticket from ******* to ****** and provided proof of the reservation to the sales department. The sales department assured me the vehicle would be reserved and pulled off the lot. I received a text msg from the sales department the following day when I was waiting for my connecting flight from ****** to ******. I was informed that the Explorer I was supposed to purchase had been sold by the ******* AutoNation dealership and that they had already picked it up earlier that morning. *********************** offered me several options that were completely unacceptable. One was an Explorer with twice as many miles, a similar Explorer located in ****************, or $10k off a new Explorer with an original sticker price of $61k! This is classic bait and switch. (They did offer to reimburse me for my expenses.) I was left with little option. Either fly back to ******* without a car or continue to travel to ****** and attempt to make a deal. I caught my next flight to ****** and spent 3 hours haggling over the price of a 2023 Explorer ST. End result I ended up with a car payment rather than paying cash for a car I negotiated in good faith for. AutoNation has zero integrity. *********************** never greeted me or apologized in person to me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM AUTONATION. This review and complaint will be posted on ****** and Autotrader, and *******.Review fromLakisha M

1 starAutonation **** In Frisco is a total scam and all the workers my husband and I dealt with were scammers. Please do not purchase a vehicle from here!!!! My husband saw an ad online listing the vehicle he wants for ****** and at the end the total came out to be ******. How is that? We are paying double for the price of the vehicle. They trick you into all of these warranties, promising protection for your vehicle, All lies!! Rahim ***************. And *** the salesman are going to h*** for all of their lies and deceit. *** ran my husband credit without even asking him or informing him of it. My husband already had a pre approval letter from BOA our bank, so there was no need to run his credit. ***** did not disclose or show us the total price of the vehicle until after everything was signed, he verbally said everything was $48,000 which we were ok with but certainly not ******. I think all of us customers need to file a class action law suit against these crooks!!! BBB please assist us in doing so.Review fromShep F

1 starIf I could give negative stars, I would. Saw a beautiful 2021 ****** WRX premium online. Saturday. Saturday: Sent an email showing interest. Quick response back from *************************, said he would get with me Monday to confirm availably Monday: hash out a deal, ask him if theres any mods or anything out of the ordinary. Says he will check in the morning Tuesday morning hes asking for a picture of the check. I get the loan. book a flight from ***** to ******, reserve a rental car to get to the dealership. Wednesday 12 hours before my flight, I get a call from **** saying a hail storm had come through and the hood needs fixed. ****** search reveals last hail storm was 6/23/23. tells me the car will not be ready until Saturday. Doesnt realize 24 hours notice to change flights. ask him whos fixing the car tells me Dent Masters 10 miles away. Send me picture of a certificate from dent masters. I call Dent masters, speak to the owner. He tells me Im being lied to. I call **** Autonation and speak to the manager. The manager makes excuses for his salesmans lies. Offers ways to rectify that places more trust in them after they receive my check. Stay away from **** AutoNationReview fromChristian R

1 starAbsolute crooks, bait and switch with their extended coverages. 9hrs for an oil change and 10hrs+ for a flat repair. Promised loaner vehicle availability during sale but in reality they only offer a Lyft ride within 10 miles. ************* I live outside 10 miles so I was stranded. And don't bother calling the service department because they don't answer the phoneReview fromNate W

1 starI never write reviews, but feel the need to write this one. My car engine shut down completely WHILE driving (but later started back up), so I made an appointment with Autonation Ford Frisco. Scheduling the time with work and driving 20 miles to get here is no easy task. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I waited ********************************* for the appointment. I waited while other service techs did nothing behind the counter. When I was able to get checked in - I'm told that my issue has to be a recurring one for me to get it fixed.... unless I wanted to wait ***** days to get it checked out when they have the staff to look at these kinds of issues. Seriously?? Who on earth works full time and can go car-less for 35 days? The rep turned me down and said they could only help if my car broke down again. Am I supposed to ignore engine failure until I break down in the middle of a ****** highway? What a joke. I have spent thousands at this place over the past few years for routine maintenance and now I will NEVER, NEVER go back. Nice people, but beware if your car engine shuts down and you need it looked at.
