  This individual is a compulsive liar and a fast talker. She promise the most dynamic experience and before you know it the funds and venue or location is totally different. She blame you and contact your employer when her back is against the wall like a cornered mice. She shuffle your money around to compensate for other groups that's coming due for their trip. In other words, she's misappropriating fund to utilize for other means. She has had multiple groups complain of not get their fund and taking losses. One group even got to their destination and had no rooms. She named her business "Xclusive" for a reason, she Xclude you from being able to take you trip without have to double down or call your job stating harassment or attempting to cause her harm. ******************* you lick and better your business or get out of business. There are could travel agencies out there, but not "Xclusive World Travel LLC". I advise everyone to please do your homework before booking with her!

  Hello ******, Im sorry that you felt compelled to write a review off of speculation and not experience. I have never spoken with you before and your judgment of me is deemed to none professional. I have not spoken with anyone in NNHS since July when our contract was terminated and I cant believe that you have that much time on your hands to write a review 5 months later.   *** PLEASE BE AWARE OF WORKING WITH THIS TRAVEL COMPANY **These are some of the main issues that we had when we worked with this company. We were able to cut ties with her, but it took about 3 months to trace our funds and to recover missing and unapplied funds for some of our groups bookings. (1) Price quotes that we later learned were significantly higher than what the vendor had provided to this company. (2) Payments that were setup up for automatic payment were not being processed in a timely manner and some not at all. She insisted that she processed the payments, but some group members were not seeing payments posted to their financial institution's statement. We later found out that in some cases, payments that were made for another group member's booking were being used to cover for payments she did not process. This caused shortages and overages on bookings. There was always an excuse when we expressed concerns about payments not being processed. (3) We also had several people who had requested their balances to be paid in full. Invoices were sent to them with a zero-balance and a payment credit appeared on their invoices that they were paid in full, only to find out later from the vendor that these individuals still had a balance due and their booking had not been paid in full. (4) There was one person who submitted a large payment and for some reason the payment was split into 3 random payment amounts. We later discovered the funds from one of the 3 payments that was taken from his credit card account was never posted to his booking, however his invoice reflected it was paid. It was discovered later after cutting ties with her, that the payment, (over $1100), had been transferred to another booking that was not a part of our group. After the experience we had, I would seriously warn anyone about trusting her to handle any business related to the travel industry or that involves the handling of your funds. *DO YOUR RESEARCH*

  Xclusive World Travel, LLC did a great job of planning our 30th class reunion for 636 classmates and their family in *******. The ease of having a monthly payment plan was a major plus, *****'s availability and ability to connect with each person when anyone contacted her was superior. Once we arrived, ***** and her staff were there to greet everyone to ensure we had a smooth check-in. All excursions and events were top notch. Xclusive World Travel gave each of us the experience beyond what was promised. ******** bags, give aways and surprise celebrity guest performance left everyone in complete awww. Everyone looks forward to seeing you next year for our Class Cruise!!!
