******* at Addison Pest Control quoted me a price over the phone more than once and I even repeated it back to her to confirm, but after they were done with their service I was charged nearly $30 more than what was quoted. I called to talk about it and pretty much I was told our conversation wasnt recorded and I have no proof. Not only was I charged a lot to begin with part of the service that included foaming wasnt even done. Beware of this place and make sure you have EVERYTHING in writing before you allow them to step foot on your property.

I did go back and listen to the recorded calls, and it appears the difference in price was sales tax. My apologies for not making it clear on the front end that the price did not include sales tax and that we would need to collect the sales tax too. After looking at the service tickets, it appears your issue was Acrobat Ants and not ********* Ants. When treating for Acrobat Ants it is not necessary to foam the wall. We leave the treatment specs up to the Technician and he identified Acrobat Ants and as such did not foam any walls. With the construction design of your home around that fireplace, I think the tech decided the best way to treat was how he treated your home.We could have done a better job of communicating what we were doing and why.
