    Please see business response in complaint #******** as reason to open claim for new business.I received medical services around 4/29 - 5/13/2022. I called the phone number on the bill, told the them to pay my account number, and gave my credit card details on 9/29/2022. I requested payment confirmation email but this was not resolved. My payment transaction on my credit card registered under Bukhari Psychiatric Services. After delay, Comprehensive ID Care mailed me the same bill for the same services on the same dates for the same dollar amounts. I called to ask why it is the same bill. I told them that I already paid that bill to Comprehensive ID Care. They said that they wanted another payment to ****************************. Around April 2023, I responded by letter mail to **************************** and ******* Medical with proof of payment. No response. In my original BBB complaint, Comprehensive said that Bukhari Services is a separate business. Comprehensive shared office space with Bukhari. I called Bukhari Psychiatric Services on 8/28/2023 to ask why they charged my credit card and to refund the misdirected charge. They said that do not have account records prior to 3/28/2023 and that they setup their new billing system in July 2023. I have mp4 recording of them saying this on the phone call.I have provided proof that they paid themselves with my credit card. I would like BBB's help with my questions and to make records on this business. Can Bukhari please refund the money they took? I accept credit card chargeback or check in the mail. If not, had Bukhari shared management, office space, or billing system with Comprehensive ID Care? Did ********************** separate from Comprehensive ID Care recently? If not, does Bukhari have financial records to show that they did not take my money on 9/29/2022? If not, should Bukhari's front office have charged my card? If so, what is the itemized invoice? And can they please email me a receipt of the 9/29/2022 payment?

    In my other complaint, BBB said that they think the business was acting in good faith in my other complaint when I was unable to respond in 10 days. It has been a month of no response from the business in this complaint. Please lower the grade of this business, lower the grade of the business from my other complaint, or in some way dock them for non-response.
