    Order number: **************-1 I only put 1 star because you cant leave it blank. Placed order on 02/13/24. Order showed scheduled delivery for Valentines Day. Paid 175 dollars. For a small cheese cake for 2, some flowers, a card and some balloons. Yall real proud of that cheesecake I guess. It is now 02/15/2024. Needless to say, it is now 48 hours after the order was placed and still has not made it to recipient. Order was placed at the ********************************** location in ****** *****. I have tried several times to contact a human being through the store phone number as well as the customer service phone number. I have also sent two email inquiries. What a surprise! No response back. When you call you cant reach a person all you get is this female voice recording that legit sounds like something from ***** and the Chipmunks (annoying AF). Tried checking the online order update and it shows crafting since 5 pm yesterday. Doubt it. At any rate really all I need is to know where my ******* order is and when he can expect it delivered to his house. Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable service. Its all good. If it isnt delivered today by six pm I will make the drive and speak to who I need to face to face. I absolutely will never order from this company again and will tell anyone and everyone to not as well. Really a simple message or return phone call, or the ability to speak to a human being to keep customers in the loop would have been sufficient and is a common sense courtesy. **** *******

    I placed an order, they took my money and then called to say they couldn't fill the order because they didn't have anyone who would come to work. I guess the owners didn't want to go in either! 2 days later, still no refund!
