    I had a lot of issues since I first signed up with. The main issue I have is that of the lack of returning emails, calls or tickets. I have waiting almost a month for them to reply to my issue until I just started calling and leaving message daily and email every email I had. I get a reply, but they can't keep their word on time of when they will get back to me. They keep given me any issue they can. I can't trust them, then they say they will open a ticket with the Equipment people to get my stuff fixed.

    This business came to my house and offered me a plan so that my solar system will pay for itself. They made me deceptively sign a contract on 04/12/2021 to do calculations of solar panels. On the contract that they made me sign, they quoted me $25,725 for 21 solar panels and annual production of ****** Kwh. The permit that they obtained from the city of ****** on 05/25/2022 was for installation of 19 Solar Panels. The actual number of panels that they installed was 18 panels on 10/15/2021. Out of those 18 panels, 10 panels were not even installed as per the permit obtained from city but were placed underneath a tree. I was not even compensated for cutting the tree branches during installation. I also had to pay another $400 on 04/28/2024 which means every two years, I have to spend $400 on trimming my tree to have better solar performance. Prior to installation on 07/19/2021, I was sent an email that the total costs will be $18,375. They never installed any LCD Graphic Display as per their original contract and also the username and password never worked. Hence, I was unable to monitor anything on the panels. The panels were able to actually show any production that I was able to monitor on 04/28/2022 which was more than a year after the original contract was signed. I reported in writing about damage done to my property due to poor quality of work on 07/14/2022 but there was no reply or action taken. I got the property damage fixed on 08/06/2022 by paying $1000 out of pocket. On 06/30/2022, I reported about failing microinverters but no action. I stopped making payments as dissatisfied customer issue me a refund. The company sued me to pay for 21 panels and ****** Kwh/yr production system when the actual production in 2021 was 0 Kwh, 2022 was ******* Kwh and 2023 was ******* Kwh. I also hired a third party installer to fix failing microinverters at own costs. Consumer complaint #CGS421078 with Texas attorney general office. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
