09/27/2024 I aquired a skid steer they put up for auction, on the machine description they showed a video of the machine working with aparently no problem, I even talked over the phone with *** asking about any issues with engine, transmission, leaks etc. I was told everything was ok.2 day later once I made the wire transfer, went to pick up the machine and the engine was smoking like crazy.... with obvious engine damage They refused to give my money back because I already signed a document stating sold as is.....Clearly they knew about the problem and hide it.Checking the reviews I noticed I'm not the 1st. One to be fooled by them

I inquired about a used bulldozer for sale on a ***********************, *********** responded back that one had sold, but he had a 2008 ********** 650H for sale. He then sent me pictures of the machine. I looked the ad up. He had it advertised as a low hour machine, that was one owner, operates and runs great, Nice tight machine. He told me it had 2900hrs and confirmed that with text. We agreed on a price of $54,000 and I wired him the money right away to get the machine shipped that week. Shipment got delayed because ***** told me there was an issue with the turbo on the machine. That threw up a red flag for me immediately since machine had so low of hours and was to be a nice machine. At that time I called ********** to verify some info on the machine and I found out it was 8 years older than I had been told. I voiced my frustration and they did actually give me back $4,500, but when I finally did receive the machine I found out it was not at all what he told me or advertised. No way that machine has 2900 hours, the gauge has been replaced. We had a hard time just unloading it because the main controls did not work at all and someone had, not correctly made it drive with a couple toggle switches. I called the salesman and complained about the condition and not safe controls and it not even being a useable machine. I then paid to have it hauled to the local ********** dealer, which after inspection told me it could need north of $30,000 in repairs to make it a safe useable machine or maybe I should think about selling it to a salvage dealer for parts. I reached out to ***** & A&O after that to give them the option to buy it back or pay for the repairs. I bought this machine for $49,500 and it can't be used at all. I have not heard back from them, they are avoiding my calls and emails.

This business is a complete Fraud.
Purchased a advertised 2013 ******************* with 1900 hrs (which was actually a 2009 we think) with over 7000 hrs with a whole list of problems: chasis is cracked, boom is cracked, wheel lugs are stripped, wheels lug holes are hollowed out and must be thrown away due to safety hazard, machine looks to have burned causing all the wiring to melt together, all hydrolics are leaking, machine doesn't even start and run. Requires over $14,639.00 in repairs that we know about already. Nothing was disclosed to us, full disclosure we did purchase from out of state but figured it was a dealer so we felt safe about it, they sent photos but who know if this is the machine we actually reviced. They knowingly sent us a pile of junk for over $70,000.00, and they just want to use there contract to say it's all my responsibility... Complete Frauds and should not be in business.
