    to compel a Galveston Funeral Home, Norris D. Burkley Professional Services to file my fathers death certificate. I was harassed and threatened via telephone by the proprietor, Norris D. Burkley *** to never get my father's death certificate. I made no financial obligation verbal or otherwise to compensate this company as I was not part of the planning in any way. I have filed a complaint with **** and have yet to be provided an update. My ************************** ******* of *********, passed on 03/04/2024. As of today 11/05/2024 his death certificate has not been filed with The ******************** and Human Services in a timely manner as outlined Here: ***************************************************************** Here: ***************************************************************** and lastly here: ***************************************************************** My TFSC complaint number is TFSC 6 13 2024.
