    BUYER BEWARE
    Be sure you read Port Parking’s Terms and Conditions PRIOR to booking your reservation! Port Parking charges a $15 cancellation fee that will not be waived regardless of the circumstance or length of advanced notice. I initially notified Port Parking of our cancellation and ultimately spoke with a woman who could not explain the process and I then requested to speak with someone who could assist. A man answered the phone who was clearly irritated that he had to explain the process. Neither the incompetent woman nor the irritated man informed me of a cancellation fee during the phone call. I was informed of the fee through an email I received from Michelle confirming our cancellation. I respectfully requested the fee to be waived due to a two-week advanced notice. Michelle ignored my emails until I requested the contact information of the company’s owner. Port Parking owner, Jason eventually texted me and stated, “he did not care if a customer gave an advanced notice of two months or two weeks, a cancellation fee will be charged.” The takeaway from this review is that the people at Port Parking, including the owner, are rude and incompetent. I don’t have a lot of money for my vacation and $15 makes a difference to me.
