    I was supposed to cruise or off galveston and paid for two vehicles to park there for the week. The cruise was canceled by the cruise lines. I called for a refund but because I had booked far in advance I was told I would receive a check within 8 weeks. It's now been almost 5 months and I still have not received anything after repeated emails.

    I had book Galveston Park N Cruise for a cruise in Feb. 2024. I decided to fly instead and canceled my parking on 2/5/2024 for a refund of $165.24 minus $25 plus tax for a total of $138.18 (PNC161550). I spoke with a ****** ***** and he canceled my parking and said I was due a refund. He advised that my refund had to go to the local manager (******** Marines) then it would be sent to Corporate. He told me they would send me a check in 6 to 8 weeks. I contacted ******** on May 28th by email. ******** never responded so I reached out by email on July 12th. When I didn't hear anything I called the number and got ****** again and he said he was just a call center and had no way of getting ahold of the company to resolve this matter. So I reached out again by email on July 29th. Still no response so my last attempt was September 16th. I have not heard anything as of this complaint on Oct 13th and would like help getting them to send me my refund.

    We parked two cars in building A covered areas for our 7-day cruise departing on 6/28/2024. After we returned home, we realized tar had dripped on both cars. We have sent numerous emails and all of them have been ignored. I think we should get a discount and refunded some of our money because of this.

    On May 31, 2023 we reserved a parking space for a cruise in Feb 2024. On Jan 19, 2024 we had to cancel our cruise due to an illness resulting in surgery. We called Galveston park and cruise to cancel and they said we would receive a refund of $101.38 via check since the reservation was booked more than 180 days prior. We reached out via email on Mar 2 and Mar 18 to inquire about the refund and have heard nothing. We would appreciate your assistance with this matter. We have attached the parking receipt, the cancel & refund receipt, and the emails we sent to them.

    I parked my vehicle in this place of business on November 5th while going on an 8 day cruise While the employee was directing me in he told me to keep coming I totally trusted him and it put a large scrape down the side if my car The employee dropped several F bombs When I got back on November 13 th I repotted to two other employees They took photos and told me I had to call their boss named Jennifer I started calling on Sunday tge 13th Today is Wednesday the 16th All I get is an answering machine and yet to get the courtesy of a return call So I’m reaching out to try to get help Just want my vehicle fixed nothing else
